  • Are there any restrictions for shipping products? All orders are shipped via the USPS. If there is a shipping address that cannot be verified we reserve the right to cancel a order.
  • How long does it takes for customer service to respond to emails? We typically respond to customer emails within a 24-48 business hour period.
  • How do I best care for my Yezikan Apparel? We recommend that our product be washed in cold water only. Tumble dry on low heat. Do not bleach. Do not iron on designs. However for the best care we recommend our clothing be professionally dry cleaned.
